Untethered Voyages Connector Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Untethered Voyages Connector Program. We believe in the power of meaningful connections. This program is designed to thank those who introduce us to community leaders, coaches, and organizations looking for transformative, "un-tourist" travel experiences.
By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of the Relationship
You are participating in this program as an Independent Connector. This is a lead-referral program and does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. You are not a travel agent, nor are you authorized to sell travel, provide specific trip quotes, or collect funds on behalf of Untethered Voyages.
2. Qualifying Referrals
A "Qualifying Referral" is defined as a warm introduction to a new client (individual or organization) who:
Is not currently in the Untethered Voyages HubSpot CRM or active sales pipeline.
Is introduced directly via email or a scheduled three-way call.
Successfully books a group voyage, retreat, or incentive program with Untethered Voyages.
3. The "Warm Introduction" Boundary
To ensure compliance with Maryland "Seller of Travel" regulations, your role is strictly limited to making the introduction. Connectors must not:
Offer specific travel advice or comparative pricing.
Handle client payments or credit card information.
Sign contracts or agreements on behalf of the client or Untethered Voyages.
4. Reward Payouts & Timing
The Reward: For each Qualifying Referral, Untethered Voyages will issue one $100 OnMe.com Reward Card (or equivalent).
Timing: Rewards are earned and issued within 30 days of the referred client making their Final Payment for their voyage.
Cancellations: If a client cancels their booking prior to final payment, no reward will be issued.
5. Taxes & Reporting
The $2,000 Threshold: Per 2026 IRS guidelines (OBBBA), Untethered Voyages is required to issue a Form 1099-NEC only if your total rewards exceed $2,000 in a single calendar year.
W-9 Requirement: We will request a completed Form W-9 from you once your total rewards for the year reach $1,500 to ensure timely processing of future rewards.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any personal income tax reporting related to rewards received.
6. Ethical Transparency
We value trust. We encourage all Connectors to be transparent with their network and disclose that they may receive a small "thank you" gift for the introduction.
7. Termination & Changes
Untethered Voyages reserves the right to modify or end the Connector Program at any time. Any rewards earned prior to the termination of the program will be honored according to these terms.
