  • We can create amazing experiences for groups from 10 to 100+. Most organizers find 20-30 participants ideal for deep connection and transformation.

  • For the best choice of ships and dates, let's start planning 9-12 months ahead. This also gives your participants plenty of time to plan and get excited.

  • Cruise pricing includes the ship's accommodation, dining, meeting spaces, and basic audiovisual needs. We'll also help you choose which extras make sense for your group. You should price your retreat program separately.

  • We look at your goals, group size, budget, and program needs. Then we match you with ships that have the right spaces, itineraries, and atmosphere for your vision.

  • We provide clear information packets and support for everyone. Most first-time cruisers are amazed at how comfortable and easy the experience is.

  • We'll create a simple payment schedule that works for you and/or your attendees. Typically, there's a small deposit to hold your space, with flexible payments until sailing.

PRICING Questions?

  • Untethered Voyage doesn’t charge any additional fees beyond our $399 per stateroom planning fee. However, the cruise line may have meeting room fees, AV fees, etc. We’ll make sure these are clearly documented in advance so there are no surprises in your budget.

  • No. Our initial consultations are completely complementary. We want to understand your vision. and needs before you make any committments. It’s our chance to show you how we can add value to your event.

  • We require upfront payment of our planning fee to begin the planning process. This allows us to fully commit our resources to your event from day 1 and secure the best possible arrangements.

  • We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, we’ll work with you to find a new date that works for your event. Please note that a small change will apply for rescheduling, in addition to any fees imposted by the cruise line. We’ll clearly explain all potential cruise line penalties before you make any booking decisions.

  • No! Our $399 per stateroom fee remains the same regardless of cruise length. Whether you’re planning a 3 day weekend event, or a 7 day conference, our planning fee remains consistent.
